SMALL kindergartens in the Mildura and Murray Plains electorates are set to benefit after a lift in funding from the Victorian State Government.

The changes in 'baseline funding' will mean a $132,000 subsidy for kinder providers which have fewer than 18 enrolments and are the only providers in their regional town.
