MILDURA West Primary School's Grade 6 students have become junior archaeologists this week, digging for items that date back to prehistoric times.

Compasses, bones, plates, stone artefacts and more have been pulled from the dirt this week as a part of the International Baccalaureate's Primary Years Programme Archaeological Dig.
