BUDDING track and field stars from across Sunraysia got the chance to compete in the regional mini Olympics at Old Aerodrome Ovals on Thursday.

The competition consisted of the highest-placed track and field athletes at each school in the district.

The student athletes who came first or second in their respective events will be able to compete at regional competitions in Bendigo early next year...
