A SCAVENGER hunt and race around Mildura's riverfront rounded up a leadership, mentoring and physical training program last week, led by Victoria Police with the youth organisation Blue Light Victoria.

For eight weeks, about 20 Irymple Secondary College students took part in the Blue EDGE (Educate, Develop, Grow, Empower) program.
