IT'Ss been an exciting few weeks at The Lake Primary School, with students welcoming the addition of the school's new dig pit, and lending a helping hand to paint a mural.

The dig pit was constructed on a former garden bed, with dirt removed and replaced with sand.

Several trees have remained in place and provide shade over the massive sandpit.
