MILDURA carpenter Jacob Sinclair has been named runner-up in the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) Regional Apprentice of the Year awards.

Kyneton carpenter Dylan Copeland, also a Bendigo regional representative, took home the top award this week.
