COOL weather and COVID-19 restrictions didn't dampen spirits at Nichols Point Primary School's athletics carnival this week.

The carnival ran over two days, with Prep to Grade 2 students in the running on Wednesday and Grades 3 to 6 students giving it their best shot on Thursday.
