THERE might not be fireworks at Nowingi Place this year, but Mildura's waterfront will still be lit up with a New Year's Eve show on Thursday night.

Iconic Aussie rockers Chocolate Starfish will be headlining the event at the Mildura Woolshed, with a slew of local artists also performing.
