Daily Matters: Victorian Budget shows our diet of crumbs

PREMIER Dan Andrews boasted that Monday’s State Budget “delivered for all Victorians”.

And he would be right if Victoria’s border stopped at Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong.

Dan was again the man in those regional centres in this budget as he showered them with cash.
