Rams, Tempy in key clash
OUYEN Rams and Tempy square off in a battle of the Mallee sides in Red Cliffs Cricket round 7.
The Rams are second – ahead of Tempy only on percentage.
Tempy were victorious in round 1 when these sides met.
Fourth-placed Fire Brigade can help shore up their position in the finals race against winless South West while top side Nursery Ridge should get the job done against fifth-placed Millewa.
B GRADE
Form sides collide
CARDROSS, Ouyen Rams and Curlwaa have been the form sides in B Grade.
Two of these sides, Curlwaa and Ouyen, face-off today in the first full round of the competition.
The loser will still be in the finals hunt, while the winner could find themselves top of the ladder depending on the Cardross result.
Cardross face fourth-placed Fire Brigade and start favourites, but after a two-week break courtesy of a bye then last weekend’s abandonment, might be a little rusty.
In the round’s other games, Millewa host Nursery Ridge and South West travel to Tempy.
