Player of the week: Riordan is setting pace

MILDURA Settlers Under 16s opening batsman Aidan Riordan is the Sportspower Mildura Juniors Player of the Week.

Riordan scored 51 retired in Settlers’ big score of 6/247 against Mildura West.

West were bowled out for 126 in response with Riordan taking a pair of catches.

In four innings this season Riordan has 143 runs at an average of 143, having been dismissed only once.

He also has 71 runs at an average of 14 in Second Division.

Settlers are second in Under 16s with two wins and two losses.

As the Sportspower Mildura Juniors Player of the Week Riordan receives a $20 voucher.
