RED Cliffs Cricket Association returns this weekend after last weekend’s washout with a top-of-the-table clash in A Grade at Blackburn Park.
Ladder leaders Ouyen Rams host Nursery Ridge at Ouyen.
The Rams lost their last completed match, to Fire Brigade in round 4, a fortnight ago, to sit with three wins, one loss and a draw.
They have a good all-round team, with skipper Alex Morrish handy with the bat and Lachlan Comrie performing well with the ball so far this season.
Nursery Ridge also have three wins and one loss, with a bye last weekend, meaning they did not get the split points that would have come with a draw.
In their last match, Evan Lampard top-scored with a brisk 32 off 31 balls to help his side to a five-wicket win over Cardross.
In other A Grade games, Tempy host Cardross and Fire Brigade meet South West at the Quandong Park High School Oval.
In B Grade, South West host Fire Brigade on the Quandong Park main oval, Curlwaa host Millewa, Tempy are away to Cardross and Nursery Ridge play Ouyen Rams on the Onion Patch at Quandong Park.
