FLAPJACKS were plentiful on Tuesday at Irymple for a Pancake Day event, also known as Shrove Tuesday, hosted by a local not-for-profit to raise money for Parkinson's disease.

Irymple Progress Association vice president Maxine Marshall said the event went off without a hitch, and the organisation also made a nice chunk of change to donate.
