FOUR-year-old Harry has been busy keeping his local park tidy, and his efforts haven't gone unnoticed.

Armed with his toy John Deere ute, Harry Thouliss had spent countless hours pulling up weeds from the park across from his home and carefully transporting them to his family's green bin.
