SATURDAY marks the fifth edition of the Great Murray River Salami Festival at Euston, and organisers are hoping for more than 100 competitive homemade entrants.

Created by a graduate of the Northern Mallee Leaders program in 2017, the festival aims to celebrate all things cured meats.
