AT the 11th hour on Monday, November 11, millions of people around the world will observe a minute's silence to honour armed force casualties of war.

This year the occasion will be commemorated across the region though various events, including a service at Barclay Square in Red Cliffs, followed by tea and coffee at the RSL Hall.
