VISION Australia staff from Mildura are planning on hosting a White Cane Day walk in mid-October to raise awareness about visual impairments and the support services the not-for-profit offers.

Event coordinator Gabi McDonald said it was important for people to understand Vision Australia was there to support those experiencing sight loss.
