SUNRAYSIA'S emergency services were put to a different kind of test on Wednesday when they hosted about 700 people as part of an open day at Ornamental Lakes Park.

As well as the strong interest, there was also some friendly rivalry generated among the 17 stall-holders over which attracted the most enthusiasm among the largely school-based attendees.
