Whether it’s a new program or activity, or different opening hours or services, the council is wanting people to let them know their ideas for local libraries.
Councillor for arts, culture and heritage Helen Healy said this was a valuable opportunity for residents to help tailor library services to their interests or needs.
"With library services across our vast municipality, we’re in a great position to make changes to the way our libraries serve our community," she said.
"By taking part in our library services customer survey, you’ll ensure our libraries continue to reflect what the community wants and needs."
The council is asking people to voice their ideas and thoughts between now and February 19.
