THE Term 3 holiday period in 2020 was to be the time that Catherine Fraser moved to Adelaide.

She was hoping to settle down with her partner, Todd Stevens, and daughter, Abigail.

But when the borders shut, her plans were thrown into turmoil.

Now Ms Fraser, with one foot in Victoria and one in South Australia, says there is no end date in sight for when her confusion and pain will end.
