JILL Fleming has become the first female chief executive officer (CEO) in the 125-year history of the Mildura Working Man’s Club.
Ms Fleming steps into the role having been the club’s operations manager for 10 years and replaces long-serving John Harlock, who has retired.
She said her priorities included ongoing support and training of staff, growing the club’s membership base and increasing its community involvement.
