RED Cliffs central business district is thriving with “almost all” its shopfronts active, Rural City of Mildura councillors were told on Thursday night at councils December regular meeting.

Deputy Mayor Cr Ali Cupper attended a recent Red Cliffs Focus Group meeting where she was told vacancy rates were low.
