BONZA'S Mildura to Gold Coast route will finally take to the sky, after weeks of cancellations and interrupted holiday plans.

On Tuesday, the airline announced the commencement of the flights from December 23, after its two aircraft, leased from Canadian airline Flair, received regulatory approval.
