MILDURA Regional Development has appointed experienced executive Leesa Merrett to the team to head up the region's multimillion-dollar Light Installation Project.

Ms Merrett, who has accepted the role of general manager of operations, worked in senior roles in the public water and environment sectors for over 20 years, delivering major infrastructure proje
