Mildura Airport a cost to ratepayers until at least 2024

The use of smaller aircraft by Qantas has restricted the number of available seats to and from Mildura Airport to only 60 per cent of volume before the COVID-19 pandemic.

MILDURA Airport does not expect to return a profit following the COVID-19 downturn until at least 2024.

And a councillor has warned that will impact Mildura Council's budget and ratepayers "for some time".
