Toyworld set to return

THE largest network of independent toy stores in Australia will be returning to Mildura after almost a decade.

Expressions of interest for retailers regarding a Toyworld location in Mildura opened last month, advertising plans to bring a store into the town.

“All Toyworld stores share the same passions to deliver the very best expert service, provide extensive product knowledge and showcase a huge range of toys and games from leading brands,” a spokesperson for Toyworld said.

“It’s not just a toy store but a trusted name in the industry, our stores have always been at the heart of local communities, building strong relationships and supporting families through the joy of play.”

Business development and growth manager for co-operative buying group Associated Retailers Limited David Jones said with the territory available, the search for interested parties to open the store has begun.

“Toyworld as a whole is made up of independent owners, and we think that Mildura would be a great location for a new store to open,” he said.
