MILDURA restaurant Bullfish Seafood Bar & Grill is on the market just weeks before it would have celebrated its one year anniversary.
The restaurant is located inside the Mercure Hotel on Eighth Street.
It has been put on the market with Ray White Mildura for $50,000 as a walk-in-walk-out sale.
It is understood the restaurant owner made the decision to shut the doors before Christmas.
Bullfish Seafood Bar & Grill was renowned for its intimate dining atmosphere, quality food and lounge area which replaced Marble Bar and Restaurant last March.
It has been a transient decade for the Eighth Street business space which has seen six restaurants come and go including Enjoy Wine, Crazy Mexican, The Grill House and Three Little Pigs.
