MILDURA is set to host its first ANZ Business Growth Seminar next month.

The free one-day seminar will be run by ANZ and Mildura Regional Development and is designed to provide local business owners with resources that help them assess their readiness and strategies for growth.

The seminar is open to all business owners, including non-ANZ customers, who are interested in growing their business.

Participants will work through a framework for accelerating growth.

Key areas of discussion include understanding a business’ growth path, the importance of delegation and team building, how to communicate and have a clear strategy for growth.

The day will cover pathways to sustainable growth including:

The seminar will be held at the Grand Hotel on February 27 from 8.30am to 3pm.

It will be presented by ANZ, Mildura Regional Development and the University of South Australia’s Australian Centre for Business Growth.
