TWO Mildura Junior Heat teams have tasted success during the South Australia Junior Country Basketball Championships over the long weekend.

The under-12 Division 1 Boys and under-12 Division 3 Girls both received gold medals for taking out their respective competitions in Adelaide.

Four other Mildura squads also featured in grand finals and came away with silver medals.
