Success for junior Heat team

 THE Mildura Heat Under 16 girls’ team has returned from a successful run at the Victorian country junior championships last weekend.

Playing in Division 2 of the Under 16 girls’ competition, the Heat made the grand final where they lost 58-37 to Korumburra.

Earlier, the Mildura girls had beaten Shepparton in the quarter-finals and Colac in a thrilling semi-final.
