MILDURA Heat's women's team were all jazzed up with a new star as they outlasted a fighting Camberwell outfit 58-50 in their Big V Division 1 basketball clash at the Hothouse on the weekend.

Jasmine Simmons returned from Oregon State University, in the United States, to record a double-double in the Heat's victory, just two days after stepping out of hotel quarantine.
