MILDURA Heat Country Basketball League women's coach Russell Knights said it's good to have some normality back following his side's competition debut on Saturday night.

The Heat beat Swan Hill 69-43, but Knights said the result was immaterial compared to just having the girls be able to play and enjoy a game of basketball following a COVID-19 affected 2020.
