THE first of the A Grade double-headers played out on Saturday with Eagles hosting Wanderers.

Eagles were bolstered by players from Adelaide and registered a comfortable 8-3 win.

Blake Peterson, Jack Barrot and Tyler Butterwick played well for Eagles with Hayden Carroll, Jason Tonkin and Sven Hogl doing well for Wanderers.

WANDERERS backed up on Sunday and hosted Saints.

Wanderers kept Saints off the scoresheet and scored regularly to run out 12-2 winners.

Anthony Carroll, Hayden Carroll and Braydn Douglas played well for Wanderers with Kale McBain, Ronan Scott and Raiden Wakefield playing well for Saints.
