THE Mallee Root Festival will make a grand return to Ouyen Lake next Saturday.

The all-ages event was founded in 2017 in celebration of the town's Guinness World Record largest mallee root stump.

Mallee Root Fesitival president Dee Amos said it was a good ­opportunity for residents to show off the town.
