RED Cliffs artist Matt Milne's exhibition at Mildura Arts Centre is the result of a life-long love of art.

Milne once overheard his mother brainstorming a new project and asked whether he could have a dream, even if he had a disability.

His mother replied that he wasn't disabled if he could dream big – so Milne dreamed of being "a real artist".
