OUYEN United’s forward line will be boosted by the return of dual Bland Medal winner Will Farrer for Saturday’s clash at Sarah Oval against South Mildura.

The 2016 and 2017 league leading goalkicker and 2016 Kangas premiership player has been unavailable the first two rounds of the SFNL season after winning a flag in the Northern Territory Football League with Southern Districts over the southern off-season and spending time attending family commitments.

Kangas co-coach Luke Nathan said the club had hoped to have the older Farrer brother back for last weekend’s win over Robinvale-Euston but it was not to be.
