No time for South Mildura to lick their wounds

SOUTH Mildura won’t be using excuses for their 128-point loss to Ouyen United last weekend, coach Pat Irwin says.

It was the biggest defeat of the season for the developing Bulldogs, who had been showing improvement this year after a wooden spoon finish in 2017.

The ladder-leading Kangas were simply dominant on Saturday, jumping out to a 48-point lead and holding the Dogs goalless in the first quarter.
