Tigers’ tough exit

RED Cliffs were left to rue not taking their chances after being bundled out of the SFNL senior football finals by Irymple in Saturday’s preliminary final.

The Tigers had their noses in front for much of a wind-affected first half before the Swallows took over to register an 11-point win and advance to a grand final clash with Ouyen United.

Red Cliffs co-coach Ash Connick said a bit of polish proved to be the difference.
