MERBEIN are feeling buoyant after making their first A Grade netball grand final.
It’s been a long wait for a Magpies netball program which started in the early 1990s, but after constant improvement in recent years the side is finally in a position to play for a premiership.
They face minor premiers South Mildura in Saturday’s decider.
