Here comes fun in the summer sun

THE AFL and NRL grand finals heralded the official end to the winter sporting calendar.

And what a season it was locally.

Ouyen United played out another epic Sunraysia Football Netball League grand final against Irymple to finish five points up at the final siren.

Mildura Heat’s men and ladies sides stamped themselves as forces to be reckoned with in Big V basketball and then their was Nichols Points’ four premierships in the Sunraysia Tennis Association’s winter competition.
