Wentworth’s Essendon AFL export Kobe Mutch switches it up

FORMER Wentworth footballer Kobe Mutch says his Christmas break provides a good chance to change his training routine.

The Essendon AFL footballer is about to return home for three weeks leave from his third pre-season at AFL level but will continue his weights and running program in the familiar surrounds of Gol Gol (his family home) and Mildura.

The Sunraysia sun will serve the 20-year-old well as he looks to keep his legs ticking over in the sometimes challenging heat.
