MERBEIN have received a major boost leading into the opening round of the Sunraysia Football Netball League (SFNL) with the return of Kyle Stevens.
Stevens has made the decision to relocate to Mildura after 12 months with the Bendigo Pioneers.
He will play in the Magpies’ season opener against Wentworth at Kenny Park on Saturday and despite only arriving home on Monday has already had an impact, according to senior coach Jarrod Buckley.
“It is fantastic to get Kyle back,” Buckley said.
