Merbein host another mental health game

MERBEIN will host South Mildura tomorrow in SFNL football and netball with more than just four points at stake.

The clubs will play off at Merbein’s Kenny Park in a mental health game, continuing Merbein’s work with family-run  organisation It’s Okay Not To Be Okay.

“The girls (sisters Maddi and Georgia Hocking) from It’s Okay Not To Be Okay, the foundation, they’ve been in regular contact and we’ve been buying a lot of beanies off them, we’ve sold 270, I think,” Merbein president Toney Hurley said.
