Not everyone, of course, is affected by adversity. Indeed transport, agriculture, food retail, education and other sectors do very well.
Conversely tourism, hospitality and entertainment generally are under immense pressure. But at least we can take comfort in the fact that we have enough variety in our economy to keep this region afloat.

Here we do not seem to be heading for such catastrophes and we have to be grateful to those who are keeping this economy relatively strong.
