THE stars may have finally aligned for Robinvale Euston’s A Grade netball side.

A team that has been building for a number of years now finally has some strong reinforcements, and coach Georgia Giofrelle can hardly contain her excitement having signed Sarah Hepburn, Jorja Delacstange and Gabby Marrone.

The always exciting to watch dynamic duo of Shakira Hingano and Corrine Best will also reunite for the Eagles.

And impressive pre-seasons have been had from reigning best and fairest Kirsten Neyland and Carmen Garreffa.

“Overall we’ve had a great pre-season and couldn’t be happier with the work everyones put in and the excitement building at the Nest,” Giofrelle said.

“The talent coming through out junior ranks is very exciting, we are excited to get the season started and see what the year turns out to be.”

Shooter Hepburn looks a strong inclusion into the Eagles side, coming off an A Grade premiership last year with Lake Boga alongside selection in the Central Murray Team of the Year, and best and fairests for the club in 2022 and 2023, and finishing runner-up last year.

Emerging young player Marrone has joined from Merbein as a versatile player who can occupy either end of the court, while former Irymple player Delcastagne, who took a year off from netball in 2024, will add strength and athleticism in the Eagles’ defence.

While managing just two wins and a draw last season, Robinvale Euston gave many teams above them a run for their money each game, and some early wins could make others look over their shoulder.
