Friday’s 18-hole medley Stableford was won by Warren Holmes 36 points from runner-up Roberto Fuoco 35 points.

Saturday was a Stableford competition.

C Grade: Greg Lee 42 points, runner-up Ron Hunt 37 points, third Aaron Hawkins 37 points.

Sunday was an 18-hole medley Stableford won by Ian Alexander 42 points, runner-up Seth Weinert 39 points.

RED CLIFFSON Wednesday, April 16, the men played an aggregate 4BBB Stableford competition with 24 players taking to the course.

Mark Collett and Paul Dominelli emerged victorious with an impressive team score of 70 Stableford points from runners-up Peter Lynch and Alistair Rayner with 67 points, earning themselves a voucher.

Balls: Roger Walder and Ian Doering 66 points, Andrew Wood and Roger Walder 65 points.

NTPs: 8th – John Gooch 467cm (Chemist Warehouse), 15th – Steven Begg 394cm (John Gooch – ball), 17th – Matthew Bird 450cm (Drummond Golf), 18th – Neville Birch 265cm (Red Cliffs Club).

Nine ladies teed off in the net stroke event last Wednesday under perfect conditions.

Jill Gleeson delivered a polished performance, finishing with a net 73 to win the event. Her win was celebrated with a trophy donated by M. Pengelly and M. Stanbrook.

Runner-up was Heather Shaw with a net 75, earning a runner-up voucher, with third place going to Sharyn Campbell with net 78 to round out the podium winning a ball.

NTPs:12th – Jill Gleeson 15cm (Red Cliffs Bakery), 15th – Caroline James 83cm (Bread & Butter), 17th – Deb Dark 930cm (Gio’s Coffee Voucher).

A strong field of 67 players contested the Stableford medley on Easter Saturday, with the competition divided across GA Red and GA Blue tees.

A Grade: Jill Gleeson 39 points, runner-up Matthew Bird 38 points on a countback.

B Grade: David Thompson 39 points, runner-up Alistair Rayner 36 points on a countback.

RIVERSIDEON Sunday, April 13, a medley Stableford was played.

A Grade: Josh Bailey 41 points, runner-up Jake Kiel 38 points on a countback from Nick George.

B Grade: George Andriolas 37 points, runner up Jason Spratt 36 points on a countback from Bruno Zappia.

Balls: (11) A Grade: 36 points on a countback. B Grade: 34 points on a countback.

NTPs : Zilzie Wines 4th – Oliver Zambelli 200cm, 7th – Christopher Filipowicz 190cm and 12th – Mick Innes 750cm.

Last Tuesday the ladies played a nine-hole Stableford event with Adel Dal Corobbo taking the win with19 points from runner-up Roz Nash with16 points.

Tuesday’s Veteran and Friends Stableford winner was Tim Donaldson with 35 points.

Wednesday’s men’s stroke Monthly Award: Lachlan Clarke (95/67).

A Grade: Ryan Rigby (87/73), runner-up Roland Tankard (83/74) after a countback against Shawn Clarke and Roberto Fuco.

B Grade: Matt Highdale (93/70), runner-up Kane Heeps (95/71).

C Grade: Jake Garraway (94/65), runner-up Jake Hibberd (88//68).

MILDURALAST Tuesday the women played stroke for the Monthly medal and putting which was won by Susan Newstead with net 72 from runner-up Jan Mierswa with net 74.

The nine hole stroke event was won by Jenny McCoy on a countback from Kym Mayne, both on net 42.

Last Wednesday the men played a stroke event for the TWW Monthly Mug.

Robert Young won A Grade with net 68 from runner-up Geoff Hazeldene net 69 with third place going to Chris Szigeti with net 71.

B Grade was won by Ross Pointon on net 70 from runner-up Stephen Reberger net 71 with Don McConnell third with net 72.

Balls: (19) net 68 to net 73 on a countback.

NTPs: 1st Pete’s Pure – Robert Morgan 185cm, 2nd Pig – Ross Pointon 304cm, 10th Trentham Estate – Henry Hartmann 500cm, 12th Zilzie Wines – Ross Pointon 240cm.

On Saturday a medley Stableford was played for the Easter Ken Cameron Memorial Trophy.

Paul Leonard won the day on a countback from Glenn Egan and Jono Villiva, all on 40 points.
