THE ladies played Stableford on Tuesday, December 27 and the winner was Dora Stewart (20) with 40 points from runner-up Carla Sherriff (24) on 36 points.
Last Wednesday, 129 players went out on the course for a single Stableford competition.
A Grade winner was Danny Ford (9) with 38 points from runner-up Jacob Slimmon (0) with 36 points on a countback with Neville Hodgetts (8) also on 36 points.
B Grade winner was Peter Hartmann (10) on a countback with runner-up Simon Kelly (12) both on 40 points and 3rd place went to Robert Morgan (11) with 37 points.
C Grade winner was Aaron Robson (22), who had the best round of the day, with 41 points from runner-up John Hobbs (26) on a countback from third-placed Robert Digala (19), both players had 39 points.
Balls: 32 balls and 34 points on a countback or better collected.

The ladies played Stableford last Friday and Tracey Katis (44) with a fantastic 40 points had a runaway win over runner-up Carla Sherriff (24) with 34 points.
The last competition for the year was a medley Stableford held last Saturday and 179 players recorded scores on a warm but lovely day on the course.
A Grade winner was Wayne Manley (10) who had a day out and had 43 points to easily win over runner-up Robert Young (9) with 39 points and 3rd place went to Lee Tucker (6) with 38 points.
B Grade winner was Chris Isherwood (14) with 40 points from runner-up Paul Wright (13) with 39 points and third place went to Brett Willis (11) with 37 points.
C Grade winner was Alan Lay (16) with 40 points and at 84 years old, shot his age off the stick. Well done, Alan. Runner-up was Mark Pullman (17) with 39 points and third place went to Wayne Dahmes (17) with 38 points.
D Grade winner was Oliver Sharman (24) with 41 points from runner-up Mark Bresnehan (27) on 40 points and third place went to Don McConnell (28) with 39 points.
There were 42 balls in the ball comp and 35 points on a countback or better collected.

Medley Drummond Golf Stableford was played on Sunday with Mark Bresnehan (23) with 35 points winning from runner-up Henry Hartmann (21) with 30 points.
The first major event for 2023 is coming up with the Klemm’s Australia Day Ambrose event on Thursday, January 26. With a big field expected there will be a morning shotgun start at 8am, and if the
field is full, an afternoon event will also be played to accommodate the overflow of players expected. A barbecue lunch will be provided for morning and afternoon groups from 12 noon until 1pm.
RED CLIFFS
LAST Wednesday, a medley Stableford was played with Aaron Duck the winner in A Grade with 40 points and Daniel Slorach was runner-up with 38 points.
In B Grade, Lewis Young had 39 points to win from Sue Gathercole on 37points.
Robert Underwood had 38 points to win C Grade from Ray Pain on 35 points.
Balls went to 34 points and above.

On Saturday, a medley Par was played and Michael Hogan continued his great form to win A Grade on a countback from Neville Walker with +5.
Lewis Young is keeping the handicapper busy with +3 to win B Grade from Robin Arnold who finished square.
In C Grade, Simon Bartsh won on a countback from Rita Chase with +1.
Balls went to square and above.
