CANN Group is seeking a landlord for its medicinal cannabis production facility at Koorlong.
In it’s July 24 investor update, the company referenced ways it would generate cash to fund ongoing operations, launching a sale and leaseback arrangement.
Expressions of interest are now being taken for the 13.5 hectare industrial zoned site, which includes a 35,000 square metre climate-controlled glasshouse.
Cann told investors in July it was not reliant on a sale and leaseback of the Mildura facility, as the company could not assess whether the arrangement would be successful.
A sale and leaseback arrangement would allow Cann to sell the asset and then lease it back from the purchaser to get a fresh infusion of cash.
The online listing references the company’s product range, revenue streams, growing capability and executive team.
The listing is being run by the Lawd transaction firm, and expressions of interest are being taken until 12pm Thursday, September 19.
