THE Mildura Fringe Festival has become one of more than 20 events across Victoria to receive funding through the latest round of the State Government's Regional Events Fund.

The 15-day event, which will debut on October 30 this year, received an undisclosed amount from Visit Victoria, via a fund where up to $50,000 in support can be granted.
