PEOPLE have been dumping rubbish outside the Salvation Army Op Shop in Red Cliffs, with items including broken furniture and bags of citric acid.

Store manager Melissa Singleton said the dumping has caused problems for the volunteers opening the shop morning, with some unable to get through the front door.
